Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes provide a deeper level of design insights with exceptional signal acquisition performance with a family of oscilloscopes ranging from the full featured 2000 series to the 70000 series that provide performance up to 33 GHz of analog bandwidth, and industry-best digital timing resolution for high speed logic capture. With extensive measurement, analysis and protocol decode options, these mixed signal oscilloscopes are ideal for serial data, power, wideband RF and embedded system mixed signal designs.

Mixed Domain Oscilloscopes include the same major functionality found in the mixed signal oscilloscopes while offering complete debug and verification capabilities with up to 1 GHz analog bandwidth, 9 kHz to 6 GHz RF frequency range and precision digital timing resolution. With a built-in spectrum analyzer and RF measurement and analysis capabilities, each mixed domain oscilloscope provides the feature-rich tools for mixed signal designs that include RF.
