DPO7254+ DPO7104+ DPO7054: I am trying to install an optional application software (PWR+ ET3+ USB+ etc.) and the installer reports it can’t find the proper model number. How I do install the software properly?
Answer :
The software installer requires that the TekScope application is running to verify the instrument model number. By simply rerunning the TekScope program and then the installer the software should then install correctly.
