I'm connecting a TDS2000B to a PictBridge printer using a USB-B to USB-B cable and the scope displays "Please connect printer" message when I press the print button - what's wrong?

Answer :

You should be using a USB-B to USB-A cable.  Connect the USB-B end of the cable to the TDS2000B rear panel USB device port (marked with PictBridge symbol), and connect the USB-A end of the cable to the USB host port (marked with PictBridge symbol) on the PictBridge printer.
