Is the .ISF waveform file format file used on any other Tektronix oscilloscopes other than the DPO3000/MSO3000 series?
Answer :
The .ISF extension is also used on the TDS 3000, TDS 3000B, TDS 3000C, DPO2000, MSO2000, DPO4000 and MSO4000 oscilloscopes. All other TDS and DPO oscilloscopes use a .WFM extension file.
