The parallel output for the DVG1 is not working in the 625/50 format mode. Is there a configuration for this output which has not been set up or is it a hardware failure?
Answer :
A problem has been found on instruments B010201 and below. EAV was being stripped from the signal data by the co-processor. A firmware update is available. Order part number 063-2520-01 to update the firmware.
