The P6246 is a 400 MHz differential probe, the P6247 is a 1 GHz (typical) differential probe, the P6248 is a 1.7GHz (typical) differential probe, and the P6330 is a 3.5 GHz differential probe. These probes must be powered; they require an 1103 Power Supply. Also required is a BNC male to BNC male Coax Cable to connect from the 1103 power supply to the spectrum analyzer input. Because the probe is DC coupled, a DC Block must be used between the 1103 power supply, and the spectrum analyzer input
