The 2001 Series offers 7 ½ -digit resolution and basic DCV accuracy of 0.0018%, offering  exceptional resolution, accuracy, and sensitivity. Model 2001-TCSCAN Scanner Card Instruction Manual for use with the Model 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2010 DMMs
Instruction Manual.

This manual describes the Model 2001-TCSCAN General Purpose/Thermocouple Scanner Card, which is designed to be used with the Model 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2010 DMMs to make accurate multi-channel thermocouple measurements. The DMMs will automatically convert type J, K, T, E, R, S, and B thermocouple voltages to Celsius, Fahrenheit, or Kelvin temperature readings.

You can also use the Model 2001-TCSCAN for a variety of nine-channel, mixed-signal switching applications. The 500 nV to 125 V signal voltage range of the Model 2001-TCSCAN makes it well suited for both low and high signal levels.
