How can I obtain a restore CD for my TLA714 or TLA720?
Answer :
Both of the TLA714 and TLA720 are obsolete. The OS restore disc with the part number 020-2703-xx is no longer available for purchase. The TLA mainframe supports for generic Windows OS. You could load the generic Windows 2000 OS and contact the Technical Support Center for the required drivers.
Currently, there is no replacement product for the TLA714 or TLA720.
