Where Do I Download USB Device Driver For Tektronix USB Instruments?

Tektronix USB instruments use and require a generic USB Device Driver, referred to as a USB Test & Measurement Class driver or USBTMC driver. USBTMC is a subclass of the USB specification.  This driver is typically included with the Virtual Instrument Software Architecture (VISA). (See block diagram below.)

For Tektronix oscilloscopes, this driver is included with TekVISA.
